Melissa is the Director of Operations of Premiere Dance Project. With a background in elementary education and over a decade of experience as a parent in the dance world, Melissa has a passion for the art of dance and the education of young dancers. Melissa has a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of both parents and dancers and is dedicated to creating an enjoyable and lasting experience for everyone at Premiere. As Director of Operations, Melissa is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio. She is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of the studio runs smoothly and that our students receive the highest quality dance education. Melissa resides in the Waukee area with her husband, two children, and labradoodle, Biscuit. In her free time she likes to take walks, read, and have coffee with friends.
