Katelyn grew up in Olathe, KS where she danced for 13 years, 8 of which she spent dancing competitively with Above the Barre Dance Academy. During her years in dance, she gained a great amount of knowledge in a wide variety of dance genres. After high school, Katelyn attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and was a member of the Husker Cheer Squad for all four years. There, she pursued a degree in Elementary Education. Katelyn is looking forward to returning to the dance world as her love for dance has remained strong through the years and she is excited to share her knowledge and passion with the dancers at Premiere.
