The Premiere Performance Team helps beginner and intermediate dancers build confidence, form friendships, and enhance skills through bi-weekly rehearsals, flexible classes, and community performance opportunities. No auditions required.

AGES + LEVELS

Premiere’s Performance Team has 4 different teams. Each team is split according to the following ages –

Pearl Team | Ages 4-5
Crystal Team | Ages 5-7
Diamond Team | Ages 7-10
Onyx Team | Ages 10+

2026 SUMMER REQUIREMENTS

Registration Deadline (July 24th)
Parade Choreography + Mandatory Parent Meeting (July 26th)

GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION

In this program, dancers will participate in multiple community performance opportunities such as the Iowa Wild + Wolves games, homecoming parades, and various studio events. Dancers in this program participate in specified recreational classes + a Performance rehearsal every other week (Tuesdays in Waukee). Each level will learn one performance routine + one parade routine.

26-27 REHEARSAL TIMES
- Pearl / Crystal Teams = every other Tuesday from 4:15-5:00p (Waukee)
- Diamond / Onyx = every other Tuesday from 6:30-7:15p (Waukee)

- Pearl = Show 3
- Crystal = Show 4
- Diamond = 7
- Onyx = 8

PERFORMANCE PREP CLASSES

May 9th from 10:00-10:45a (Ages 4-8, $45) & 11:00-12:00p (Ages 9+, $55)
May 30th from 4:00-4:45p (Ages 4-8, $45) & 5:00-6:00p (Ages 9+, $55)

26-27 PROGRAM HANDBOOK

2026-2027 Program Handbooks will be available on Monday, May 18th. Dancers must be registered for Performance to receive updated Handbook.

Ricky’s love of dance continues to grow because of Premiere Dance Project. This year, she wanted to get involved in a program and decided to join the Performance Team. As part of the team, she’s experienced several unique opportunities, and one of the highlights of the year for her was getting to dance on the court at an Iowa Wolves basketball game. Premiere provides such a positive environment for Ricky. With every class, Ricky is building self-confidence and learning how to be a part of a team. I also can’t say enough good things about Premiere’s staff and how much Ricky loves her Performance Team teachers. They are very well organized and provide excellent communication, making everything run smoothly.

I’m so happy we got Ricky involved with the Performance Team, and it has been so enjoyable watching her thrive over this past year. I would highly recommend Premiere to anyone looking to get their kids into dance. I couldn’t ask for a better studio for my daughter.
