Aunica

Aunica is the Owner and CEO of Premiere Dance Project. She co-founded Premiere in 2018 with a vision to create more than a dance studio: a place where kids build the confidence and skills to succeed far beyond dance.

Aunica holds degrees in Dance and Business Administration from the University of Iowa, with additional training through Dance Masters of America, Acrobatic Arts, Progressing Ballet Technique, and the Yoga Alliance. As her role has evolved from dance education to business leadership, she continues to invest in her growth through industry education, the Dance Studio Owners Association, and business mastermind groups.

Today, Aunica’s primary focus is Premiere’s recreational programming, financial performance, and brand development. She works closely with Premiere’s leadership team to strengthen the business, refine the client experience, and ensure the company continues to grow without sacrificing the standards and culture that define Premiere.

Outside of Premiere, Aunica enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Milo, taking on new fitness and outdoor challenges, and enjoying life on their farm with their ducks, goats, and chickens.
