Alexis is from Ankeny, IA and started dancing at the age of 3. She grew up traveling and competing in a variety of conventions and competitions performing a wide variety of styles. Alexis’ main passion was ballet where she trained under an American Ballet Theatre certified teacher and passed the ABT Student Exam. At the age of 14, Alexis started assisting dance classes of all ages and at the age of 17, transitioned to focusing all her energy onto teaching instead of being on the stage herself. Alexis looks forward to continuing doing what she loves at Premiere and seeing her students learn and grow!
