Premiere instructors specialize in dance fitness with a background in athletic training, kinesiology, and anatomy. Personal dance training allows for dancers to work individually or in a small group with trainers in order to develop functional movement efficiency, strength, and endurance. Trainers focus on bilateral stability and mobility to prevent injury. This is a great way to take your dance training to the next level. Premiere welcomes any dancer to this program.
Private Training Sessions
Dancers will work individually with trainers. This progression starts with an initial assessment of strengths and weaknesses within the dancer and then moves to a personalized program to correct any imbalances or weaknesses in the body.
